RevStarr automatically requests reviews from clients after a completed appointment and helps you build your reputation on Google.
How it works
After an appointment is completed, RevStarr automatically sends the client a message asking for a rating.
- 4–5 stars → the client is directed to your Google page to leave a public review
- 1–3 stars → the client is invited to share private feedback directly with you, without any public post
Setting your Google Business URL
To direct clients to your Google page, enter the link in Settings → General → Google Business URL.
Managing reviews
All reviews and feedback are visible in Dashboard → Reviews.
For negative ratings you can reply to the client directly via WhatsApp from the dashboard — the conversation stays inside RevStarr without switching to another app.
Timing
You can adjust the delay between the end of an appointment and the review request in Settings → General. The default is 2 hours.
