RevStarr automatically notifies you and your clients about appointments via email and WhatsApp.

What clients receive

  • Booking confirmation — immediately after booking
  • Reminder — the day before the appointment
  • Arrival confirmation — client confirms they are coming (optional)
  • Review request — after the appointment is completed

What you receive

  • New booking — when a client books
  • Cancellation — when a client cancels
  • Negative rating — immediately when a client leaves a low score

WhatsApp vs email

WhatsApp notifications are available on the Pro and Premium plans. The Starter plan sends email notifications only.

WhatsApp messages include quick-action buttons for cancellation or arrival confirmation — clients can respond with a single tap.

Settings

In Dashboard → Settings → Notifications you can enable or disable each notification type individually — both for clients and for yourself.

Custom review message

In Settings → General you can write your own message that will be sent to clients alongside the review request.
