Services

Services are the treatments and procedures you offer to clients. Each service has a name, duration and price.

Adding a service

Go to Dashboard → Services and click Add service.

Fill in:

• Name — e.g. "Men's haircut", "Manicure", "Back massage 60 min"
• Duration — in minutes
• Price — in BAM (enter 0 for free services)
• Description — a short description of the service (optional)

Active and inactive services

Each service has an Active / Inactive toggle. Inactive services are hidden from clients during booking but remain in the system.

Sale price

You can set a discounted price for a specific time period. Enter the sale price and the dates it applies. Clients see both the original and sale price when booking.

Group services

Group services allow multiple clients to book the same time slot — e.g. a course or group training session. Enable the Group service option and set the maximum number of participants per slot.
