Can I change my booking page address?
The address (e.g. yourbusiness.revstarr.com) is set during
registration. To change it, contact support at
hello@revstarr.com.
A client booked an appointment — where do I see it?
In Dashboard → Calendar or Dashboard → Appointments. You also receive an email notification for every new booking.
How do I cancel an appointment on behalf of a client?
Open the appointment in the calendar or appointment list and click Cancel appointment. The client automatically receives a cancellation notification.
Why didn't the client receive a WhatsApp message?
WhatsApp notifications are available on the Pro and Premium plans. Check your plan and confirm notifications are enabled in Settings → Notifications.
How can staff view the calendar?
In Settings → Staff access generate a link for each employee. The link requires no login — it can be bookmarked on their phone.
What happens when the trial period ends?
You need to activate a subscription by choosing a plan and adding a payment card. The booking page becomes inactive until payment is made.
