Employees
Employees are the people who perform services at your business. You can add them to the dashboard, assign services to them and manage their working hours.
Adding an employee
Go to Dashboard → Employees and click Add employee.
Enter the employee's full name and select the services they provide. An employee only appears to clients for the services assigned to them.
Do clients choose their employee?
You control this in Settings → General with the toggle Clients choose who serves them.
- On — clients see the list of employees and choose who they want
- Off — the system automatically assigns a free employee; clients do not choose
Employee working hours
Each employee automatically inherits the location's working hours. If an employee has a different schedule, click Custom on the employee card and set individual hours.
Vacation and absence
In Settings → Working hours you can enter a vacation or absence period for each employee. During that period the employee will not be available for bookings.
