Acceptance of Terms

By using the RevStarr Platform (“Platform”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners (“Users”) and their customers.

Service Description

RevStarr is a SaaS platform that enables service providers to book appointments online and automatically collect reviews on Google. Each registered business gets its own booking page under the subdomain company.revstarr.com.

Registration and Account

To use the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Use the Platform for legitimate business purposes only.

  • Each registered user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Subscription and Payment

RevStarr is charged as a monthly or annual subscription. The price is listed on the pricing page and is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice. Payment is processed through the Paddle platform. The subscription automatically renews each month. The user can cancel the subscription at any time - the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy: Refunds are possible within 7 days of the initial charge, provided that the user has not used the service. Refunds will not be issued for subsequent billing periods. Refund requests should be sent to hello@revstarr.com.

Permitted Use

The user agrees not to:

  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.

  • Attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.

  • Use the platform in a way that would harm RevStarr or third parties.

  • Reproduce, copy or resell parts of the platform without written permission.

  • Make false or misleading statements about your company.

Intellectual Property

The content of the platform, including design, code, logos and text, is the property of RevStarr and is protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of the content they post on the platform (company name, service descriptions, photos, etc.).

Service Availability

RevStarr strives for the highest possible availability of the platform, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Occasional unavailability is possible due to planned maintenance or technical problems. RevStarr is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the temporary unavailability of the platform.

Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for ensuring that he has the legal right to collect and use his customers' data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Communication with customers

The platform uses WhatsApp and email communication to send appointment confirmations, reminders and requests for review. The User agrees that RevStarr may send such communications on behalf of the Company. WhatsApp notifications are available in Pro and Premium plans and are included in the subscription.

Limitation of Liability

RevStarr assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, missed appointments, business losses or damages caused by third parties. RevStarr's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last three (3) months.

Termination

RevStarr reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time via the Control Panel or by contacting Support.

Changes to Terms

RevStarr may change these Terms of Use by notifying the User at least 14 days in advance via email or a notification within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after this period shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions amicably.
