Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts. You don't sign anything or commit to using it.
Do I have to enter credit card details?
No, a card is not required for the trial period. You activate the payment only after you decide to continue using it. You can also do this without a card via Google Pay or Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Do clients need to install the app?
No. Clients can schedule appointments directly in the browser via your booking link — without registration and without an app. On the other hand, your app can be available to clients (it is automatically generated - depending on the package). It makes it easier to schedule appointments, allows you to view existing appointments and see the benefits card.
How do WhatsApp notifications work?
Clients automatically receive a WhatsApp appointment confirmation, a reminder 24 hours before and a call for a review after the service. WhatsApp notifications are available from the Pro plan.
Which industries can use RevStarr?
All services that work by appointment — hair and beauty salons, dental offices, car services, personal training studios, aesthetic clinics and others.
Can I have multiple branches?
Yes. The Pro plan supports 2 branches, the Premium plan unlimited number. Each branch has its own working hours and employees.
What happens after the trial period?
Your account is automatically deactivated if you do not activate the plan. You can activate the subscription at any time — all your data remains intact.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes, at any time from the Dashboard. The price difference is calculated proportionally.
How is payment made?
Monthly via pay service or card. You will receive an invoice for each payment by email.
What does the free trial include?
30 days of full functionality — without restrictions and without the need for a card. You can test the booking system, reviews, reports and all other features.
